Drake releases date for scorpion

We’re only a couple weeks away from hearing Drake’s new album.

It appears that OVO SZN is officially closing in on us. A couple hours ago, Drake hopped on his Instagram and informed fans that his highly anticipated Scorpion album will be dropping June 29th, two weeks from this Friday.

“JUNE 29 2018,” he wrote along with the scorpion emoji.

To coincide with the announcement, Drizzy also went ahead and revealed the project’s artwork as well. The artwork looks to be a simple black-and-white cover featuring a headshot of him and his signature “Aubrey Graham.”

As of now, the album is being led by the chart-topping singles “God’s Plan,” “Nice for What,” and “I’m Upset,” the latter of which just seen its music video get debuted tonight as well (see here). Unfortunately, we have absolutely no idea about the album features and the tracklist. However, Drizzy did drop a hint a couple months ago that the legendary DJ Premier could be handling the production on one of the songs.

Check out Drizzy’s announcement (below) and stay tuned for further updates.
